USTR Announces 200+ Additional Product Exclusions from Section 301 Tariffs

On Friday, September 27, USTR announced 203 additional product exclusions. These product exclusions only apply to List 1 and List 2 and can found on USTR’s website, or by clicking the links below. These have not yet been posted in the Federal Register.

List 1 = 92 new exclusions, covering 129 separate requests

List 2 = 110 new exclusions, covering 383 requests

NOTE: SFIA-led List 3 exclusion petitions were submitted on September 30. Stay tuned for the results of the SFIA-led List 3 exclusion petitions.
