U.S. ITC Announces New Timetable for MTB Review Process

The International Trade Commission has released information on the upcoming Miscellaneous Tariff Bill (MTB) review process. The review was pushed back due to the government shutdown. SFIA secured $33 million annually in MTB tariff relief on industry products via the last MTB.

The U.S. ITC will use the information collected to help guide them on future MTB requests. If you are interested in tariff relief via the MTB process, you are encouraged to respond to the survey.
