SFIA Signs on to Letter Asking for Renewal of Generalized System of Preferences (GSP)

To give SFIA members additional opportunities to obtain duty relief on their imported products, SFIA joined over 200 organizations and companies in pressing Congress for renewal of the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) program. The GSP allows duty-free entry of products manufactured in eligible countries with developing economies. The program is set to expire at the end of the year,t unless Congress renews it.
