While the pandemic has created many obstacles for events in our industry, including annual conferences, such as LaxCon, the AFCA Convention, the ABCA Convention and many others, we have all been able to pivot and continue our mission during these unprecedented times. Like many large conferences, SFIA will continue to host annual specific-sport council meetings, albeit virtually. We will greatly miss seeing our council members in person and gauging the pulse of the industry through each convention, but we hope to be back there soon.
