Kids and Parents Are Working and Learning from Home — Make Sure You Stay Active

Provided by the American Heart Association and NFL Play 60

NFL’s Play 60 campaign provides this resource full of ideas on how to stay active while schools and offices are closed. For many children, we don’t know when schools will open their doors again, and it is of vital importance that we maintain their healthy active habits while they are confined to the home. However, it’s not just children that can easily fall into an inactivity slump when healthy habits get interrupted (i.e. gyms closing), adults quickly fall into this as well. For you and your children’s sake, make it a top priority to be active everyday, keeping your family’s personal in mind while the country continues to fight the spread of this virus.

For ideas on how to get your children active, check out the American Heart Association and NFL’s Play 60 campaign here.
