Is Your State Taking Action on COVID-19?

The NCSL has compiled a comprehensive list of legislative actions each state is taking to respond to COVID-19. This list will be updated daily, and provides information on restrictions, activations and other actions your local government is taking. It is of utmost importance that you abide by all government restrictions during this time, and we urge you to learn about the resources and benefits your government may be providing to citizens during this crisis. As of now, 27 states have enacted legislation, with others pending, and several states yet to take any action.
