E.U. Looks to Drop tariffs on U.S. Consumer Goods (Fitness Equipment)

The E.U. recently announced its desire to reverse the tariff policies that were originally employed in response to the U.S. tariffs on E.U. imports resulting from the ongoing Boeing/Airbus subsidy dispute. This is consistent with President Joe Biden’s comments on returning to normal trade relations with our friends to have a united front in dealing with China. The E.U. retaliatory tariffs applied to fitness equipment imported under HTS 9506.91.10.
